Hub settings
Choose how much autonomy the AI has — and how it syncs.
Operation mode
One switch controls the entire AI pipeline. You can change it anytime.
Auto-approve threshold
In Full Operation, AI drafts at or above this confidence are sent automatically. Below it, you still decide.
Higher = safer (fewer auto-approvals, more manual review). 90% is a sensible default.
PlusVibe workspace mapping
n8n sends the PlusVibe workspace ID with every reply. This maps it to so drafts use the right templates, tone, and guardrails.
If replies for this workspace landed in another workspace before it was mapped, this moves every queue row whose PlusVibe ID matches the value above into .
Reclaim campaigns for
When n8n sends the same PlusVibe workspace ID for every reply, campaigns can land in the wrong workspace. Pick the campaigns that belong to and move them here.
PlusVibe sync
Pulls new replies, tags and threads.
Public endpoint errors
Live log of failures on /api/public/reply-engine and /api/public/queue-add. Refreshes every 30s.
Automatic sending (advanced)
When OFF, drafts stay in the Reply Queue for a human to review, copy into PlusVibe, and mark as sent. Every manual send trains the AI. Flip this ON only after the AI is trained enough to trust with end-to-end sending.
Continuous learning
Every time you approve and send a reply from the queue, the AI stores it as a learned example. Future drafts in this workspace retrieve the closest past replies and match your voice.
